Legal
End User License Agreement
Krevez is licensed, not sold, to you. On Apple platforms (iPhone, iPad, Mac), your licence is Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”), supplemented by the terms on this page. Read the Standard EULA at apple.com/legal/…/stdeula. On Android, your copy is licensed to you by the Licensor under the terms on this page together with the Terms & Conditions, and your download is additionally subject to Google Play’s Terms of Service.
1. The licence
You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Krevez on devices you own or control, as the store’s rules permit. You may not copy (except as the Standard EULA allows), redistribute, sell, rent, lend, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
2. Subscriptions and purchases (supplement)
Krevez Pro is offered at US $2.99/month or US $19.99/year (auto-renewing), or US $59.99 once for lifetime access — local prices set by the store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the lifetime purchase never renews. Manage subscriptions in your store account settings (Apple: Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions; Android: Play Store › Payments & subscriptions). On Apple platforms one purchase covers iPhone, iPad and Mac; the Android app is purchased separately through Google Play, and entitlements do not transfer between stores. Billing and refunds are handled entirely by the store. Full details in the Terms & Conditions.
3. Your content is yours
Everything you create in Krevez belongs to you, including full commercial rights to your exports. The Licensor claims nothing and — by design — never receives your content. See the Privacy Policy.
4. Built-in assets
Templates, stickers, frames, fonts and other bundled assets are licensed for use inside your designs and exports. They may not be extracted, scraped or redistributed as standalone files or asset packs.
5. Support, warranty, liability
Support is provided by the Licensor at support@krevez.com — the store (including Apple and Google) has no support obligation. Warranty disclaimers and liability limits are set out in the Standard EULA and the Terms; your statutory rights are unaffected. On Apple platforms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this licence and may enforce it.
6. Governing law
As set out in the Terms & Conditions: the laws of India, with the courts at New Delhi, India having exclusive jurisdiction — except where mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise, and except that the Standard EULA’s own terms govern where they apply.
